Refund and Hardware Warranty Policy

ClawGo aims to provide high-quality devices and services. This Refund and Hardware Warranty Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund, return, repair, or replacement for ClawGo Devices and certain related Services.
This Policy applies only to purchases made through ClawGo’s official website or other sales channels expressly authorized by ClawGo, unless otherwise stated. If you purchased a Device from a third-party reseller, distributor, marketplace, or retail partner, that seller’s return and refund policy may also apply, and you may be required to contact that seller first.
This Policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1.1. Device Purchases
1.1.1. Return Window: You may request a return and refund within 14-day calendar days of receiving the Device. This period includes and exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK.
1.1.2. Condition for Refund: The Device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
1.1.3. Activation & Diminished Value: For non-defective returns, the Device must be in an unactivated condition. Devices that have been activated or show signs of use may be subject to a diminished value deduction or rejection of the refund request, subject to applicable local law.
1.1.4. Shipping Fees: Refunds do not include original shipping or handling fees, unless the Device is confirmed to be defective or not as described upon professional inspection.
1.1.5. Submission: Refund requests must be sent to support@clawgo.com with the order number, device serial number, and a detailed reason for the return.
1.2. Subscription & Token Purchases
1.2.1. Subscription Refunds: All subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the Service has been activated.
1.2.2. Token Packages: Token purchases (Prepaid Tokens) are final and non-refundable once purchased, except as expressly required by applicable law.
1.2.3. Technical Issues: Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases where verified technical issues prevent the use of the Services.
2. Hardware Warranty
ClawGo provides a limited hardware warranty as follows:
2.1. Warranty Period: Twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase for users in the US and EU/UK.
2.2. Scope of Coverage: This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the user manuals and safety instructions.
2.3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
2.3.1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or use in an inappropriate environment;
2.3.2. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories or parts;
2.3.3. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage;
2.3.4. Consumables (such as batteries or cables) unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
2.4. Warranty Service
To obtain service, contact support@clawgo.com with:
2.4.1. Order number and proof of purchase;
2.4.2. Device serial number;
2.4.3. A clear description and evidence of the defect.
2.5. Remedy: ClawGo may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Device with a new or refurbished unit.
2.6. Disclaimer and Statutory Rights
2.6.1. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Device.
